Dr. Elez and her team have extensive training and experience in a variety of treatment models, including Systemic Therapy, Self-Regulation Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This allows us to carefully mold our approach in order to accommodate each person's unique needs and circumstances.
